A baker's logbook, built like an instrument.
Lievanto started from a familiar problem: juggling a spreadsheet, a timer app, and a notebook to track a single bake. It gathers the work that matters, predicting, coaching, planning, and remembering, and nothing that doesn't.
It is for bakers who keep notes, keep a starter alive, and iterate on one formula across dozens of bakes. So the design reads like an instrument, not a cookbook: near-black surfaces, monospace numbers for every weight, percentage, temperature, and time, and a single orange accent used sparingly. Every measurement should be clear, because baking rewards precision.
The name is invented from the Italian roots lievito (yeast) and canto(song). The promise underneath it is the same as the app's: specific numbers over vague advice, one claim per sentence, no fluff.
