Delete your Lievanto account
You can delete your Lievanto account from inside the app. This removes your account and account content, including saved recipes, cook sessions, notes, ratings, planned bakes, starter logs, flour profiles, price book entries, Coach history and consent, and account settings. The in-app flow also clears that account's local workspace and managed photos on the current device. For the paid release, the deletion flow must also trigger deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer record.
Deleting Lievanto does not cancel an Apple subscription or stop Apple billing. If you have an active subscription, use the subscription-management link in Settings or your Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel it before deleting your Lievanto account.
Delete in the app
- Open Lievanto.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account near the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your current password.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm the final prompt.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@lievanto.com from the email address on your Lievanto account and ask us to delete the account. We may ask for extra confirmation before deleting data.
What may remain briefly
Deletion removes account data from active systems. Some security logs, email delivery records, or backups may remain for a limited period where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or disaster recovery.
