Lievanto is a pizza dough coach for iPhone. It plans a bake backward from the time you want to eat, cooks it with you one step per screen, and an hour after serving asks how it went: send one photo of the pizza and Leva, the coach, says what happened, why, and the one change to make next time, reading your last five bakes of that recipe first. Setup asks which oven you bake in, down to the model, and the Coach can be asked by voice. Sourdough bread, focaccia and pan pizza are fully supported, with a starter log that estimates when the jar will peak. Built by a baker who got tired of guessing. The name is invented from the Italian roots lievito (yeast) and canto (song).
